Kosi Deer is a beautiful and serene vintage style character. Kosi is a digital pattern so upon purchase you will receive a download link. The PDF format pattern is printed on just three sheets of standard home printer paper, and these are taped together to create the pattern, ready for you to cut out. The instructions can be printed, or stored on your tablet for digital viewing and zoom capacity!

This pattern is not suitable for children to sew, this is one for the adults! You will need to have some sewing experience to tackle this project.

Supplies needed to complete this project :
Darker shade fabric - 60cm x 60cm piece
Lighter shade fabric - 45cm x 25cm piece
A small piece of Thermolam interlining, or simple craft felt, to structure the ears
Machine sewing thread in a colour to tone with your fabric
Small amounts of stranded embroidery thread in black and light taupe or similar for the head markings
Toy filling - around 100g
Tools needed:
A Sewing machine
Scissors for paper and fabric
Pins
Hand sewing needles for embroidery and final closure after stuffing
A sewing pen with non-permanent ink for marking match points
PVA glue and brush to control fraying if your fabric is prone to this (or a ready-made fray check)
A long, blunt-ended tool to help turn things right way out - a chopstick is ideal
